Delivery & Shipping

Postage is to UK Mainland & Northern Ireland (some rural exclusions apply). The website will charge you accordingly at checkout. If you require items posting to another region/country please contact me via email at rebecca@second2nonesaddlery.co.uk. A no obligation quote will be provided.

  • 5-10kg £6.99

  • 10-15 kg £9.99

Next day delivery is £3.50 extra.

Next Working Day postage can be applied to orders received by 10am, if it is after this time and you require your order the next day, please call us on 07714089719 so we can quote you for special delivery. 

All saddles are shipped with tracked 24 insured postage. 

• Non Mainland UK & Europe - please contact us upon placing your order, further P&P costs will be payable based upon weight and destination.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. 

If you require your parcel is a hurry, no problem, call us, we can arrange to despatch your order with a faster service, additional postage costs apply.

Whilst Second2None make every effort to liaise with customers and couriers in order to resolve any delivery difficulties, in the event of a parcel being returned due to non-delivery, additional delivery costs may be charged in order to complete any subsequent redelivery. If you have any query regarding an issue with delivery please contact us via email at rebecca@second2nonesaddlery.co.uk within 12 days from order date. 

Issues reported outside this time scale may not be accepted.

Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds unless an item is faulty.

We provide quality, well described pre used item, and normal wear and tear is part of the recycling experience. Any defects, marks or faults are noted in the description and accepted with your purchase. 

If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to receive the item back with 5 working days, the return postage costs must be covered by the customer, for a credit or exchange. Additional postage cost will apply to exchanges. Credits are valid for 60 days from date of issue and are non-extenable.

Saddle Trials

Second2None offer 7 day trials on some of our saddles to UK Mainland customers.

Upon receiving payment for the Saddle cost, your 7-day Trial period will begin on the day the saddle is dispatched. This includes weekends and Bank Holidays.

We recommend getting a qualified saddle fitter to check the fit and suitability of the saddle during your 7-day trial and to ensure the saddle is fit for purpose.

Second2None will not be held liable for any costs associated with the fitting of the saddle.

If you wish to return the saddle you must notify us within the 7-day period, via email rebecca@second2nonesaddlery.co.uk, and return the Saddle to us, in the condition it was received, within 7- days of the commencement of the trial. If we do not receive email notification that the saddle is being returned within the 7-day Trial period the contract will be deemed to be final.

The cost to trial is just £75 deducted from the payment refunded, should you decide that the saddle is not suitable.

Late returns are charged at £25 per day and will be deducted from the cost of the saddle.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any return postage fees. We can arrange return postage at the cost of £28. We will deduct this from the cost of the saddle.

Your refund will be processed after the saddle has been received and inspected by Second2None and any further charges deducted from the saddle cost. Refunds will be processed in 3-5 working day.

Remember to keep the box and all packaging, you will need these if you decide to return the saddle at the end of the Trial. Ensure that the old address label has been removed and our return address is clearly visible.

You are liable for the saddle whilst on Trial.  Any loss or damage will be deducted from the saddle cost. Please handle with love and care!
